Funeral Flower Preservation Process

Place Your Order
Choose the size and style of your keepsake to honour your loved one. You can pay a deposit or the full amount to confirm your order. Once payment is made, we’ll send detailed instructions on packaging and sending your funeral flowers to us.

Prepare & Send Your Flowers
Keep your flowers fresh by hydrating them and send them to us as soon as possible, ideally within 1-4 days of the funeral. You can send the full arrangement or select the blooms that hold the most meaning. Full instructions are available on our website.

Flower Preservation
We use a delicate freeze-drying preservation process to remove moisture from your funeral flowers while maintaining their natural form and colour. This careful preservation takes 14-16 weeks, ensuring your treasured flowers are perfectly preserved.

Design and Encapsulation
Once preserved, your flowers are sent to our designers. Each paperweight is uniquely crafted to complement your funeral flowers and encapsulate them in a timeless keepsake. Every piece is thoughtfully crafted to highlight the beauty and sentiment of your flowers.

Completion and Delivery
Your keepsake will be completed within 12-22 weeks, depending on order volumes. Once finished, it will be securely delivered via a signed-for courier service. International delivery is also available if required.

Caring for Your Keepsake
Your paperweight is crafted to last forever. To maintain its beauty, keep it out of direct sunlight and heat sources. Clean gently with a soft cloth and avoid scratches or exposure to intense lighting.
