Head Of Quality Control
As the Head of Quality Control, Julie's contributions are pivotal to our success. Her expertise and unwavering dedication play a critical role in ensuring our paperweights are of the highest standard. This commitment to quality not only guarantees customer satisfaction but also bolsters our reputation for excellence. Julie’s adeptness at managing her responsibilities alongside a demanding schedule is truly admirable, highlighting her importance to our team and the overall success of our company.
Master Grinder & Handyman
Dean, was our Master Grinder and Handyman, and brought us an invaluable 36 years of experience, significantly contributing to customer satisfaction and the high quality of our products. His behind-the-scenes work and efforts to ensure the seamless operation of our expanding workshop have been key to our business's growth. Dean's impact on the flower preservation industry is profound, exemplifying how essential his role is to both our team's success and the positive experiences of our customers.
Very sadly Dean died suddenly at our home on 5.01.2024, the most devastating loss to our whole family.
Finance & Marketing
Becky, involved in Finance, Marketing, & Social, juggles multiple roles with remarkable dedication. For over a decade, she has balanced a corporate career, her family life as a mother to four boys, and her invaluable contribution to our team. As Rachael’s second oldest daughter, her commitment to our organization, while managing a bustling personal and professional life, is commendable. Becky’s ability to maintain such a busy schedule and her long-standing contribution to our team underscore her significant role in our company's success.
