Following the arrival of your flowers they are placed securely in our chambers where they are frozen in time (solidly frozen) and once in this area they have to be transferred across to the machines for the process to begin. We will contact you shortly after their arrival to advise of the options available to you, once we have had time to process your blooms. We can make a decision together on your best options for you and your family, your flowers and your budget.

Any flowers we do not require for your order are removed and recycled as it’s too costly to preserve flowers we do not need to preserve .
