Delivery charges for freeze dried petals is calculated by weight following

postage prices plus 20p for packaging. e.g.
Up to ... 0.10 litres = £1.20
Up to ... 0.25 litres = £1.47
Up to ... 0.5 litres = £1.90
Up to ... 0.75 litres = £2.40
Up to ... 1litre = £2.90
Up to ... 1.45 litres = £4.74
Up to ... 1.5 litres = £5.79
Up to ... 1.75 litres = £6.64
Up to ... 2 litres = £7.49
Over this will be a flat rate of £11.00
Payment
The Flower preservation workshop provides safe and secure online shopping 24
hours a day via Pay pal. A secure server and software ensure all that your
personal information is encrypted and protected. We are committed to protecting
your privacy and the flower preservation Workshop will not pass on any of your
personal data
to any other company.
Upon receipt of your order and confirmation of the credit card details, the order
will be packed within 10 working days.
Cancellation Right
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel
your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods.
Returns & Refunds
The flower preservation workshop is happy to exchange or refund items
within 14 days of the date you received them as long as the notes listed below
are adhered to;
The goods are in the original packaging, and have not been used and are re-saleable.
All contents enclosed as per delivery.
A full refund for the goods (excluding our postage to you and your return) will
be made within 10 working days of us receiving back the goods. When you return
the goods, please assure you send it back by special delivery back. (This guarantees
the safe return to us).
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Flower Preservation Collection Service
We can arrange courier collection
(charged at £25.00)
from anywhere in the UK. Or delivery can be made to us by prior arrangement.
Keep
flowers cool,
but do not spray with water.if the bouquet is hand tied, the stems
may be put in
water.
If being collected,the flowers need to be placed in a strong box with either
tissue paper/packing to support the flowers inside. Once we have received
your flowers, they will be sketched, photographed and then measured and finally
freeze
dried. After a month / 6 weeks we shall send you a recommendation of the
frame size appropriate for your preserved bouquet, at this stage it is entirely
up
to you to consider our recommendation or make your own decision.
