When l initially spoke to you regards preservation, I was rather hesitant. My mother had just passed away and I had her flowers preserved by another company (not you Rachael I know) but they looked awful.Very dry and crisp looking. What a relief - you gave me confidence to have my bouquet freeze dried and l cannot believe the difference.They look absolutely stunning.l know I was not the easiest of customers and took ages to decide what l wanted ,but l would really like to say a huge thankyou and your team who have produed a remarkable piece of artwork that my husband and l can treasure for years to come.
