Please read through our terms and conditions, print off and sign. Upon receipt to us we shall be able to commence the preservation process. A). This is your consent to allow the Flower Preservation Workshop to create your floral preservation using our expert knowledge and discretion based on the selection shown.
B). Each order is customized to suit you the customer; you have therefore given us permission to complete this work on your behalf.
C). We pride ourselves in the knowledge that we preserve all flowers to the best of our abilities, but cannot take responsibility for any poor results due to the flowers being of not 100% excellent quality upon arrival to our studios.
D). We always make a verbal/email/letter awareness in the initial contact of how the flowers will preserve and the appearance of these after preservation. Please make sure you have no unanswered questions in this area .i.e. colour /texture changes as NO refunds are given once the frames have been completely sealed and delivered/collected.
E). Preserved flowers will last for many years and even though we use conservation reflective glass in all our frames, preserved flowers can reduce in colour tones after time. - As a natural product, this is a totally normal progression.
F). We are the only international Company that has the facility to store the flowers in secure chambers before preservation commences, thus enabling us to only preserve exactly enough flowers we require to re-create your momento.Flowers can remain here for appx 3/6 weeks and will remain exactly as they were upon arrival to us.
G). All flowers that we accept and preserve become 100% of our property until all fees applicable for preserving etc are paid in full.
H). Most bouquets have probably experienced some wear and tear before we receive them, so our pricing policy includes the replacement of 3 flowers at no additional charge (DEPENDANT UPON VARIETY). In the event that more flowers are required- we will advise you in advance of the costs applicable.
I). Some flowers may change slightly during the preservation process and some colour changes may occur, so colour enhancing may be required on some varieties of flowers as through the moisture extraction process flowers can turn darker/lighter shades.
Red- turns a darker red/burgundy
Cream – turns a darker cream/beige
Pink- turns a darker shade or lighter dependant on the variety.
J). Preserved flowers are extremely fragile and we guarantee all orders leave our studio in perfect condition. Your flowers are wrapped up securely for the safe arrival to you in protective packaging,however,we do NOT take any responsibility for any plant material that may have been dislodged or any breakages made through a third party., therefore we strongly recommend that goods are signed upon arrival as;
“UNEXAMINED UPON ARRIVAL”.
Payment:
K). The deposit of £75 (payable upon delivery/collection) is non refundable for any reason if we have started preparations on your bouquet.
The final Decision for the display design will need to be made no later than 28 days after receipt of the bouquet and a further payment to take the balance up to 75% of the order will be required.
Failure to return to us your requests for frame measurements in the stated period will delay the process of the preservation for your flowers.
L). If we are making a scaled down version of your bridal bouquet, it is at our designers discretion which flowers and foliage will be used in line to re-create your momento.
Paperweights: M). The preservation of paperweights incorporates a different process of preservation for some plant materials and although every effort to made to make these perfect, discolouration can occur.
i.e. White/cream flowers can turn slightly transparent.
Red/Burgundy flowers- can have a silvering on the outer petals.
N). The Flower Preservation Workshop cannot guarantee the final product and therefore all encapsulations are done so at the risk of the customer.
For paperweight/all other flower preservation orders - this section must be signed and returned to us to commence the preservation process.
